Founder of Aharveda, Harish Shetty, will offer his restaurant, Golden Chariot at Andheri (West) as a venue for workshops, potlucks and talks during the festival to be held from 26 October to 12 November 2017.
The highlight of the restaurant is that the multi-cuisine veganmenu offers delicious dairy-free, gluten-free and sugar-free foods including a thali. Harish Shetty aims to reconcile healthy and nutritious food with the experience of dining out. He has said, “A healthy body brings about a healthy mind and a feeling of peace and compassion towards all”.
The Aharveda website states, “Through The Aharveda Way, we are combining age-old principles of wellness-centric food science practiced in Ancient India and our decades of experience in creating wholesome, tasty food.”
